UPDATE: All eastbound lanes of U.S. 60 are back open.
Police are investigating a crash on U.S. 60 near Highway FF in Springfield.
The crash happened around 6:00 a.m. Thursday. Police initially closed both eastbound lanes, but later opened up one lane for traffic to slowly pass while crews worked the scene.
An officer on scene told KY3 and KSPR Reporter Lexi Spivak the truck involved in the incident was traveling westbound when it rolled through the median and onto the eastbound lanes. The officer said the driver was ejected from the vehicle. He also said the driver was responsive when taken to an area hospital.
MoDOT reports slick roads in the area. The Missouri Highway Patrol is working several crashes across the area.
