Serves: 4-5 pizzas
1 mini seedless watermelon, sliced into 4-5 thick discs
12 oz vanilla yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mandarin oranges
1. Cut watermelon into 4-5 thick discs for a pizza base.
2. Top each base with vanilla yogurt.
3. Design each pizza disc using strawberries, blueberries, and oranges.
4. Cut each pizza into 4 sections and serve.
Notes: Look for a yellow belly when shopping for a ripe watermelon. Knock on it and listen for a dull, hollow sound. That means it's a juicy one!
