Habitat for Humanity in Springfield receives grant to cover cost of theft

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. We have an update on some recent theft and vandalism at Habitat for Humanity in Springfield.

Thieves stole catalytic converters off six different vehicles in their lot last month. Now, the repairs are nearly done, and the nonprofit is grateful it doesn't have to take the money from its programs, as expected.

Community Foundation of the Ozarks just gave Habitat an emergency grant for the cost of the repairs, more than $5,500.
