The hip flexors help you move forward when running or walking. So, whether you're sedentary or very active, chances are your hip flexors are probably tight.
First move: High Lunge/Crescent Lunge with Pelvic Tilts.
Second move: Low Lunge with Hip Swings.
Third move: Half Frog Pose, Modified
