Fire damages vacant home in Springfield, Mo. Wednesday

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Firefighters in Springfield, Mo. battled a vacant house fire Wednesday.

Firefighters responded to the fire around 3 p.m.

Investigators say they do not know yet what started the fire. Neighbors tell KY3 the homeless used the home fairly often. Investigators say the home did not have smoke alarms.
