KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City man who killed a 3-year-old boy in a drive-by shooting earlier this year has been sentenced to life in prison, plus 165 years.
Dominque Marchbanks, 27, was found guilty of second-degree murder in the death of 3-year-old Amorian Hale.
Prosecutors say Amorian was asleep when bullets sprayed his family's home.
A stray bullet struck the boy in the head, killing him instantly.
