'Minute to Win It'

Premieres: Wednesday, July 7, 8 p.m., NBC

Why we're watching: We don't usually get excited about game shows, but NBC's "Minute to Win It" always manages to grab our attention. The games are just so simple, despite having names like "The Nutstacker" and "Chocolate Unicorn" (where the player has to stack seven Ding Dongs on his forehead). Plus, we love the celebrity challenges. Kevin Jonas, we were rooting for you!
