In the fifth grade, he benefits from counseling, which will need to continue following placement.
Patrick wants to stay in contact with his siblings and foster parents. His caseworker prefers a two-parent family. Patrick would prefer a kind family with an African American father and Caucasian mother, where he can be the youngest; however, all family types will be considered. A patient, structured, consistent, experienced family with a strong paternal figure is also preferred. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
