Elijah's interests are broad and plentiful and he shows youthful exuberance for them all! He is happy doing almost any outdoor activity, including sports, biking and fishing. He is active in Boy Scouts and loves to sing, dance and play with Hot-Wheels toys. His favorite movie is "Cars" and he hopes to be a NASCAR driver or a cowboy when he grows up.
In the third grade, Elijah excels in spelling. At the end of his second grade school year he won first place in the science fair! A bright boy, he is very perceptive and eager to learn.
He is a good friend to others. This great kid benefits from counseling, which will need to continue after placement. The caseworker prefers a home in which he can receive plenty of one-on-one direction, such as a home where Elijah is an only or the youngest child.
He will need to remain in contact with his sister and brother. In a loving, accepting environment where he can find permanency, Elijah has every potential to grow into a productive young man. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services. For Missouri children, both homestudied and non-homestudied families from all states are encouraged to inquire.
