60's return for a few days

The warming trend continues today with highs in the 60's area wide.

It is hard to believe it is almost December!  It will feel more like October the next few days with 60's and 70's common.  Today will be in the lower to mid 60's.

It will be a bit breezy by afternoon.  Gusts could reach 25 mph from the south.  A few rounds of clouds will also move through but you will still see quite a bit of sunshine.

The warm weather will continue into this weekend.  On Saturday some moisture from the Gulf of Mexico will start to stream north.  There will be more clouds and maybe a few light showers or sprinkles.

Lower 70's won't be too surprising on Sunday.  It still looks like on Monday night there will be some showers and storms.  Even with a cold front moving through it will still be mild next week.  Long range models are indicating that the cold air will stay north for the first two weeks of December.  The cold will have to dive south eventually.
