Good Morning!
My eyes are having a hard time believing it... snow for our neighbors in Kansas? It's true! Take a look at sat/rad around 8:30am. (the blues and purples are ice and snow)

Temperatures will be dropping throughout the day. It will be down right cold later this evening!

The threat for rain today will be greatest in the morning, however showers and overall dreary conditions will be likely all day long. We aren't talking about a toad-strangler today. The QPF is leaving today's rainfall totals quite low tracking the heaviest moisture to the north.

TONIGHT! Temperatures will drop very close to freezing... there will be moisture... we MAY be able to see a snow flurry or two. Now, please don't hold your breath because you could pass out while waiting for the snow. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Here is a look at tomorrow morning's model. Look at that little bit of ice in our area:

That wrap-around moisture is going to stick around into Weds. By mid-week our temperatures will start to rebound a little bit and we will warm up right before the next "storm"!
Have a wonderful day!
