According to their website, Miller Transportation operates the largest fleet of privately owned school buses in Indiana and Kentucky. It’s headquartered in Louisville.

According to U.S. Department of Transportation records, the company has a satisfactory safety rating.

Records show the company has reported five crashes in the past two years; one of them involved a fatality in Louisville.

The company reported just one crash in Indiana. It happened on Interstate 69 in Delaware County. No one was injured.

A spokesperson said the company is just in the beginning stages of figuring out what happened.
