Bob & Luigi's has 13 specialty pizzas, but they can make a pizza with any combination of toppings you want. The toppings available are: beef, sausage, italian sausage, pepperoni, ham, bacon pieces, chicken, anchovies, onion, mushroom, bell pepper, black olive, green olive, tomato, jalapeno and pineapple.
All the pizzas at Bob & Luigi's are made fresh to order. They make their dough fresh several times a day, and the crusts aren't rolled out until the pizza is ordered. "We want to produce a quality pizza," said Eliot. This means you can't come in and order a slice of pizza- you have a order a whole pizza. They refuse to let their pizzas sit out for any time at all- everything is fresh. At Bob & Luigi's, they cook it, pack it and deliver it to your table in 10 minutes.
