    A UConn/Courant poll has found that the more people earn, the happier they are -- although those surveyed attributed happiness to close family ties and rewarding careers rather than money. Nevertheless, 71 percent of those surveyed who earn $100,000 or more a year say they&rsquo;re very or completely happy with their lives, comparedwith just 60 percent of those making $60,000 to $100,000, and 49 percent of those earning under $60,000. Would $100,000-plus buy you happiness? Or is it more complicated than that?
