    STONE COUNTY, Mo. - The father of a man wrongly convicted of first degree murder is disgusted by the plea agreement and immunity given to two men connected to the crime. The Stone County prosecutor offered immunity to John C. Mills to testify against Timothy Seaman for the 2006 death of David Dulin.

    Rolla, Mo. - For the first time a graphic picture of a raped and murdered nine-year-old girl was shown during a trial that could end with a man being punished by death. An FBI agent testified a photograph presented as evidence was a picture of Rowan Ford’s body. The fourth grader was found at the bottom of a cave with no clothes on the lower portion of her body. Investigators say there were signs she was strangled to death.
