    STONE COUNTY, Mo. - The father of a man wrongly convicted of first degree murder is disgusted by the plea agreement and immunity given to two men connected to the crime. The Stone County prosecutor offered immunity to John C. Mills to testify against Timothy Seaman for the 2006 death of David Dulin.

  3. Funeral date set for Russell 'Rusty' Porter in Springfield

    The family of Russell “Rusty” Porter are preparing for his funeral and visitation. On April 17, Porter and his wife, Rebecca Porter, disappeared from their Willard home. In July, a Taney County deputy discovered their bodies in a rural wooded area. Authorities have not released the cause of death. On October 1, a visitation will be held for Russell Porter at 11:00 at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Springfield. At 1:00 a funeral will follow. In August, Rebecca Porter’s family held a funeral service in Crane.

  5. Chris Collings Murder Trial Day Two: Officers say murder victim, Rowan Ford, called her accused killer `Uncle Chris'

    Rolla, Mo. - For the first time a graphic picture of a raped and murdered nine-year-old girl was shown during a trial that could end with a man being punished by death. An FBI agent testified a photograph presented as evidence was a picture of Rowan Ford’s body. The fourth grader was found at the bottom of a cave with no clothes on the lower portion of her body. Investigators say there were signs she was strangled to death.

  13. Security Guard Recovering From Stab Wounds Describes Attack at Midnight Rodeo

    After a nightclub stabbing, a long time criminal may be headed back to prison. The Missouri Department of Corrections issued a warrant for a man accused of stabbing two security guards. Security guard, Shaun Caswell, says he and his coworker consider themselves lucky because their stab wounds will not leave them permanently injured. Police say convicted drug dealer, Edward Ball, stabbed both men while they were trying to remove him and a friend from Midnight Rodeo.

    A skeleton straddles a bicycle, a muscle-bound athlete winds up for a baseball pitch, and another figure stares blank-eyed into the distance. The whole body specimens displayed as part of "Bodies Revealed," an Atlanta-based exhibition of preserved, dissected human bodies that's been on tour for nine years, reveal the inner workings of the body through a variety of poses. They're accompanied by additional displays of polymer-preserved body parts, both healthy and diseased.
