PLAINWELL, Mich.—
Congressman Fred Upton is touring the historical Paper Mill in Plainwell at 2:30 Monday afternoon.
His visit will highlight the remaining site of the original Paper Mill as well as the ongoing renovations for the new building.
The site is set to house the public safety facilities as well as other businesses.
The old factory closed down back in 2000 and was purchased by the city of Plainwell in 2006.
Construction should be complete by the fall of 2012.
