  3. Wednesday's Child 12/19: Ragain

Ragain's passion for Star Wars is evident by his body of knowledge surrounding it. If you can talk Star Wars you have an instant "in" with this imaginative fellow. He need never be bored, as his creative mind takes him to other exciting places. Up on the latest trends, he keeps current with pop culture, especially when it comes to the newest video games and super heroes. Soft and sweet are the requirements for Ragain's favorite foods, like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chocolate ice cream or waffles. He also gets a taste for pepperoni pizza and either milk or juice to wash it down. Open to new experiences, Ragain is learning what he prefers, such as a calm environment. He dreams of someday playing video games with his new dad. In the fifth grade, Ragain benefits from counseling, which will need to continue after placement. His favorite thing about school is of course the Star Wars book section in the library. It is not expected that he will live independently as an adult, but with a loving and supportive family he has great potential for a happy life! His caseworker believes a single-father home would be the best fit; however, all types of families will be considered. A knowledgeable family willing to access resources would be ideal. Financial assistance for adoption-related services may be available.
