    Dreams do come true. I know because I'm living my childhood dream. I grew up in a very small town in Indiana named Veedersburg. I've had a fascination with weather as far back as I can remember to my days as a 4 year old boy that watched storms from my living room window. I was so intrigued by what was going on but at the same time so scared watching these storms to a point that tears would run down my face from being frightened, but nothing could tear me away from watching these storms no matter how scared I might have been. Soon the fear turned into pure passion for the love of weather. I would constantly monitor other TV station forecasts and I always looked forward to the days that would bring bad weather to my area.

    SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Upcoming changes to high school equivalency testing in 2014 have local school leaders concerned about what next year will bring.  The new GED test will cost more than three times what it costs now and the questions will be more difficult.  Although it doesn't take effect until 2014, school leaders at area testing centers are already concerned.
