New Covenant Academy is pleased to announce that senior, Caleb Scott, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football for Southwest Baptist University.
Scott played football in his earlier years and dreamed of playing college ball; however since NCA didn't have football, he set that dream aside for a Christian education and played soccer instead. As a tri-athlete, Caleb played Soccer, Basketball, and Track at NCA where twice his soccer team won districts and he has won many metals in Track.
While playing all those sports, Caleb was also involved in Future Business Leaders of America, Student Leadership Institute, Choir, Chamber Choir, Student Council Vice President , Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and was chosen to participate in the Leadership Springfield Academy. Caleb feels it is a great honor and opportunity to have the chance to play football at the college level and he looks forward to rekindling his love of the game.
