SPRINGFIELD, MO - Senior Molly Brewer came through big for her Lady Falcon teammates Wednesday night as her goal with 15 minutes to go gave Glendale (17-5) a 2-1 class 3 district 11 championship win over Nixa.
It's the 4th district title in 5 years for Glendale, including the 2nd straight over Nixa.
The Lady Falcons will now face Thursday night's Central/Willard winner in the class 3 sectionals Tuesday May 22nd.
Nixa scored the games first goal when sophomore Payton DeHart banged home a left foot rocket off the left post and in.
Glendale evened it up with 10 minutes to go in the half when Ann Powell found Drianna Raff for the equalizing goal.
Nixa finishes the season 19 and 2 with both losses coming to Glendale.
