The Columbus Blue Jackets signed 2012 first-round draft pick Oscar Dansk to a three-year, entry-level contract on Thursday.

The Swedish goalie, who was selected 31st overall, spent the past two seasons with Erie of the Ontario League. He posted a 40-32-7 record with a 3.25 goals-against average, a .897 save percentage and six shutouts in 85 games.

In the 2014 IIHL World Junior Championships, the 20-year-old Dansk was named the top goaltender after racking up five wins, a 1.79 GAA and a .928 save percentage as Sweden won the silver medal.

Dansk also won silver with the Swedish team at the 2012 IIHF World U18 Championships.
