Nixa sophomore Lauren Moats netted the game winning goal with less than 10 seconds left in Saturday's class 3 district 11 opening round game against Ozark.
The 4th seed Ozark took a 1-0 lead in the first half on Danielle Poivre's goal.
Number 5 Nixa responded with a pair of 2nd half goals to knock out their COC rivals 2-1.
Kickapoo beat Branson 7-0 in the other opening round game. Nixa now faces top seed Parkview Wednesday night, 5:00 pm at JFK Stadium. Kickapoo advances to face number 2 Glendale in the other semifinal.
