MSU-West Plains Volleyball Finishes 2nd in the Nation

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa – The Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly Volleyball team placed second at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I Women’s National Volleyball Championship Tournament in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

The sixth-seeded Grizzlies (27-9) fell to fourth-seeded College of Southern Idaho (32-6) from Twin Falls 18-25, 19-25, 18-25 in tonight’s championship match at the Mid-America Center.

This is the 11th time the Grizzlies have competed in the NJCAA national tournament and the third time the team has received the second-place trophy.
