Nov. 13 Athlete of the Week: Niklas Brinck, Nixa Swimmer

This weekend, swimmers from across the state will converge in St. Peters for the state championships.

One area sprinter is already an All-American and he's only a sophomore. Niklas Brinck is this week's Wendy's High School Athlete of the Week.

The son of a Swedish immigrant, Brinck picked up the aquatic pedigree at the age of 3.

Eleven years late, Brinck hit the poll as part of Nixa's first swim team.
