Ash Grove Wins 3rd Straight State Title

The Ash Grove Pirates capped off their 3rd straight state golf title today at Deer Lake Golf Course in Springfield. Jordan Dickson and J.J. Brown led the way for Jim Whitesell's talented team. Ash Grove is 5th team to win 3-straight championships, but the first to do it in different classes.
Central senior Kevin Kring medaled for the 4th straight time in winning his first Class 4 state title. Dixon's Jace Long repeated as Class 2 champ.
