LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Some supporters of retiring Democratic Congressman Mike Ross say they've voted for Republicans in today's Arkansas primary. They say they don't think any of the Democrats running can match Ross' conservative record. Three candidates are competing in the GOP race: Tom Cotton, Beth Anne Rankin and John Cowart. Three Democrats also are vying to succeed Ross.
