Areas of Sequiota and Nathanael Greene Parks were flooded this afternoon by creeks swollen from heavy rain on Jan. 29, 2013.

Urban stream flooding in Springfield
The South Creek Greenway at Nathanael Greene Park is overcome by a torrent of water. The lake above it nearly reached the pathway as the rain kept falling.
