Pictures: Local dogs and cats that need your help
Halfway Home, an animal rescue organization in Collins, Mo. has a big job on its hands. The group recently discovered an animal hoarding situation a few miles north of town. Halfway Home Founder Latichia Duffy says there were 22 dogs and over 30 cats on the property. The organization is currently trying to find homes for all of the animals, but it is a challenging and expensive endeavor.
