Marshfield Thrift Store Quickly Moves to New Location

By KSPR News

Just two days after a fire blazed through the Community Thrift store in Marshfield workers are re-opening in a new location.

The store moved to 221 Washington.

Since the fire destroyed everything at the old location, the new one looks a little bare for now.

Tuesday the store manager said she hopes to be up and running again within a few days.

"We're going to work as many hours as it takes a day, and I say in four to five days we're going to be going; we just don't give up," Store manager Doris Floyd said.

Floyd said they're looking from everything to basic donations to clothes hangers.
