BRANSON, Mo. (AP) - The nation's only Beatles museum is set to open in Branson over the next several months, possibly as soon as this fall.
Louise Harrison -- George Harrison's sister -- plans to open the museum inside the Starlight Theatre, where Beatles memorabilia will be displayed.
The tribute band she founded -- Liverpool Legends -- performs nightly at the Starlite. Band member Marty Scott -- who portrays George Harrison -- said they aim to have the museum open by the start of the spring season. But he said it could be open as early as this fall.
Scott said the museum will be filled with a wide range of Beatles memorabilia, including items from Louise Harrisons personal collection which have never been on public display. She has letters from radio stations saying they werent interested in the Beatles or their music.
