The shooting happened just after midnight Saturday morning at the Club Oasis on Missouri Avenue in St. Robert.
St. Robert’s police chief would not give a description of the suspect.
Four victims inside the club sustained gunshot wounds. Authorities identified four suspects and have since arrested three.
The owner of Club Oasis says the shooter approached the club from the parking lot and opened fire towards the front door.
A number of St. Robert police officers declined on-camera interviews including the chief of police, who says he is not obligated to give us any more information.
When asked if locals should be worried about the suspect, Chief Curtis Curenton says he doesn't believe so.
However, the owner of Club Oasis says he could easily be open tonight (Saturday) but was asked to stay closed by police because there was reason to believe another incident was possible.
The owner also says he heard the two other clubs in the area were also asked not to open tonight (Saturday).
A KSPR crew had time to stop by one of those clubs, Twilight Zone, which was in fact, not open.
