FEMA to Give Individual Flood Assistance

President Bush has approved individual federal assistance for 19 Missouri counties affected by last week's floods.

This includes these southwest Missouri counties ... Christian, Greene, Jasper, Maries, Newton, Oregon, Phelps, Pulaski, Stone and Texas.

Missourians affected by the flood in these counties may register for assistance by calling 1-800-621-FEMA, or visiting FEMA's web site at fema.gov.

You must register for the financial assistance to recover personal losses.
