By KSPR News

Two Ozarks men will be doing time for their roles in a conspiracy to distribute marijuana.

39-year-old Danny Osborne of Springfield has been sentenced to 10 years in prison without parole. A jury convicted Osborne of attempting to distribute more than one thousand kilograms of marijuana in Greene and Webster counties.

26-year-old Mark A. Nelson of Pleasant Hope has been sentenced to four years and nine months, also without parole. Nelson pleaded guilty to his role in the conspiracy.

Both are among 25 co-defendants charged in the conspiracy. Twenty of those have now been sentenced.
