A screwy situation could have been much worse for a two-year-old Minnesota girl.

Take a look at this X-ray... that's a screwdriver lodged in little Teagon's head.

Her parents say she was running around with it and then fell.

It entered her head just above the left eye.

Doctors removed the screwdriver without surgery.

The lucky girl walked away with no damage to her eye or brain, just a little bruise and scar.

They say it could have been a much different story if it had gone into her head an inch or two over.
