Saint Louis police are going to new lengths to get guns off the streets.

They’re offering cash in exchange for guns with no questions asked.

This Saturday anyone who turns in an assault-type weapon will get $100.

Fifty dollars a piece will go to anyone turning in revolvers and shotguns.

The department expects people will turn in anywhere from 200 to 400 guns.
