A TV station in Fargo, N.D. says a woman there is planning to hand out something besides candy on Halloween night.

She has instead decided to give a letter to trick-or-treaters that she feels are "moderately obese."

The woman says she wants to send a message to the parents of kids who are overweight that it's irresponsible to send them out for candy.

But a child psychologist says that kids are sensitive about fitting in, and handing them a letter will probably hurt them more than help -- and when kids are singled out, it can lead to bigger problems later.
