Man robs U.S. bank on East Sunshine St.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The US bank, 3015 East Sunshine Street, was robbed Friday.
The FBI said the suspect entered the bank, displayed a handgun and ordered bank employees to get down. The suspect then demanded money from two bank employees, both of whom complied with the suspect’s demand and provided the suspect with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect took the money and fled north from US Bank on foot. No injuries were reported.
The person responsible for this bank robbery should be considered armed and dangerous.

The man is described as 5’6” – 5’7”, mid 20’s to mid 30’s with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a light grey sweatshirt, dark trousers and a black mask covering suspect’s face below the nose.
