The 2010 St. Jude Dream Home is packed with lots of special features, and it's in a new location. The actual address is 1255 S. Rosemoor Drive, Nixa, MO 65714.

The builder this year is Jeff Fahrlander with Fahrlander Custom Homes. The home is valued at $385,000, but you could win it by buying a $100 ticket.

Here are some of the special features in this year's Dream Home:

The 2010 Dream Home is located in the Kelby Creek development. This is a brand new subdivision packed with spectacular views and a community feel. Lakes, fountains, a community pool, butterfly garden, walking paths and hiking trails are scattered throughout the community. Plus, more additions are on the way.

Besides being entered to win the beautiful Dream Home, ticket buyers have a great chance at winning more than a dozen other prizes. Each prize is valued at $1,000 or more.

Everyone who bought a ticket before April 30 is entered to win the Early Bird prize. This year the prize is $2,500 worth of groceries for a year courtesy Assemblies of God Credit Union.

There's also extra incentive to take a tour of the home. Every time you tour the home you can enter your name into the Open House Prize Drawing. It's free to enter. One lucky person will win $5,000 worth of furniture courtesy of Ashley Furniture Home Store.

You can tour the home Saturdays from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m.- 5 p.m.
