Guaranty Bank Robbed in Springfield

Someone robbed the Guaranty Bank in north Springfield on west Kearney shortly before 5 pm Wednesday (12-16). The FBI says a man handed the teller a note, then took the money and ran.
The suspect was wearing an oversize gray parka and had a clear bandage beneath his left eye. See a full suspect description in the full press release below.
FULL PRESS RELEASE:
On December 16, 2009, at approximately 4:55 p.m., an unknown adult white male suspect entered the Guaranty Bank, located at 1905 W. Kearney, Springfield, Missouri, and committed a bank robbery.
The suspect presented a note demanding money from the victim bank teller who complied with the suspect’s demand and provided him with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect took the money and fled east from Guaranty Bank without further incident. No injuries were reported.
The person responsible for this bank robbery should be considered armed and dangerous.

Height: 5’6” to 5’7”
Weight: Unknown
Build: Medium
Age: Mid 30’s to early 40’s
Hair: Unknown
Clothing: Black stocking cap, gray oversized parka, black gloves, black Converse tennis shoes, and blue jeans.
Misc: Suspect had a light/clear bandage below his left eye.
