Former Teacher Admits: I Had Sex With Student

By KSPR News

A former Greenfield High School teacher pleaded guilty Monday to statutory rape, a charge stemming from her relationship with a student at the Dade County school.

Alison Peck, 24, will be on probation in Greene County, where the charge was filed.

Monday's plea marks the first step in clearing the case against the former educator. She was charged in Greene, Dade and Lawrence counties for her relationship with the student.

The charges in Dade and Lawrence counties remain active. Peck is scheduled for a preliminary hearing this week in one of those cases; she's also scheduled to be in court for a hearing on a civil suit filed by a parent of the student.
