Friday 9:00am- Above Average Weekend

By KSPR Weather

Good morning! TGIF!

Unfortunately clouds are filtering right into our area along with moisture.  A weak system out of Texas will bring in that chance of rain today.

The threat for rain will extend into the overnight hours.  The QPF keeps the amounts fairly low and only into our extreme SWMO and NWAR area.

Temperatures will warm into the 60's for the weekend!  We will have to deal with on again off again cloud coverage but I really do think it should stay nice.  I have plans on unpacking ALL of my Christmas decorations (that is a chore).

The threat of rain we have been talking about for next week is starting to track much more to the north.  Now, if you are traveling early in the week to the north, you may want to watch this system.  The moisture is available and the temperatures are COLD!  Here is a look at EARLY Tuesday morning.

We will be watching this over the weekend.  Make sure you check back!
Have a wonderful weekend, all.
