The body of 24-year old Christopher Helmlinger was found in a shallow grave in Berryville, Arkansas last month.
A husband and wife were arrested and charged with the murders. Melissa Davis is charged with Capital Murder by accessory. Her husband Evin Davis is charged with Capital Murder.
Investigators say Evin Davis went by the name Charles Hedstrom and worked at Tyson with Helmlinger. Co-workes told deputies that the two spent time together at work. Witnesses also told police they had seen Hedstrom with a shovel in the area where Helmlinger's grave was found.
Evin Davis had fled to South Texas after Helmlinger's murder. Upon further investigation officers believe Davis killed Helmlinger for his identity.
