Tour of Missouri looking for host cities

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Tour of Missouri organizers are looking for host cities for next year's race, even though it's not clear if the race will be held.

Race managers Medalist Sports has sent out a request for proposals from cities interested in hosting starts and finishes in race.

Last year's race occurred only have Gov. Jay Nixon was pressured to release the tour's $1.5 million tourism allocation.
