Father Suing Teacher He Says Had Sex with Teen Son

A father is suing the teacher he says had sex with his son in three counties. Alison Peck faces charges in Dade, Greene and Lawrence counties, each prosecutor accusing her of having a sexual relationship with a Greenfield High School student.

In the lawsuit, the family says Peck enticed their son by flirting with him at school, convincing him to come to her office during lunch and to her home for sex.

The family says Peck violated her position of power and trust as a high school music teacher.

The suit states their son is afraid to return to school or participate in school activities because he is ridiculed and mocked by other students.

KSPR is not revealing the name of the father who filed the suit because it would identify the student, who is the alleged victim of a sex crime.

The family’s attorney, Craig Heidemann, says the allegations in the suit speak for themselves. “I look forward to settling this dispute as quickly as possible,” Heidemann says.

Peck is due back in all three courtrooms for the criminal cases next month and early in early December.
