A Taney County man faces charges of statutory rape and sodomy.
William R. Toll, 41, is accused of giving a 16-year-old girl in December. The girl told a police officer in July about the encounter. According to
court documents, later that month, the girl called Toll. In a conversation recorded by police, Toll admitted to the sexual acts and taking nude photographs of the girl.
On October 14, Toll admitted to police he knew the girl, took her to his residence and gave her lingerie. Officers arrested him and seized his computer.
