Stabbing in Crane

The Stone county sheriff says a man was stabbed at a house in Crane.
Deputies were called to a home on Wednesday. When they arrived they found a man with a stab wound to his chest standing in the front yard.
A 32 year old woman was arrested at the scene.
The man was taken to a Springfield hospital and is expected to recover.

On 9-16-09, Stone County Deputies responded to 95 Straight N Narrow Rd, Crane, MO in reference to a subject being stabbed.
When deputies arrived, they observed a white male adult in the yard with what appeared to be a cut on the right side of his chest. During the course of the investigation, information was received that a 32 year old female, had stabbed the victim after an argument. The victim, age 29 was taken to a Springfield hospital for non life threatening injuries.
The female was arrested on Domestic Assault, 2nd Degree. She is currently being held in the Stone County Jail awaiting formal charges to be filed.
