Second Person Charged in Deadly Howell County House Fire

A second person faces charges for Tuesday's deadly house fire in Mountain View, Missouri.

Prosecutors charged Dale Cross with first degree murder, arson, and armed criminal action. All of those are felony charges.

Cross' sister, Annette, received the same charges Wednesday.

The two are accused of killing her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Day, then setting his house on fire.

When crews put out the flames they found Day's body.
