Seven Teens Injured in Bus Crash

The Missouri Highway Patrol is reporting that seven teens were injured when the bus they were in ran off the road, overturned down an embankment and came to rest on its roof.

The report came in at 10:52 a.m. at Moon Valley Road, four miles south of Bennett Springs.  The bus was travelling westbound and moved over to the right to avoid an on-coming vehicle.

Here are the names of the kids involved and the status of their injuries:

Colleen Armstrong, 16, Gravois Mills, moderate.  Taken to St. John's Hospital in Lebanon.

Chelsea Bryant, 17, Sunrise Beach, minor.  Taken to St. John's Hospital in Lebanon.

Brittney Green, 17, Camdenton, minor.  Taken to St. John's Hospital in Lebanon.

Brittnie Pratt, 17, Sunrise Beach, serious.  Taken to St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Lauryn Salts, 17, Camdenton, minor.  Taken to St. John's Hospital in Lebanon.

Chloe Schmidt, 17, Camdenton, serious.  Taken to St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Elizabeth Wadsack, 16, Macks Creek, moderate.  Taken to Lake Ozark Regional in Osage Beach.

The bus is at Steve's Towing in Lebanon.  18768 Highway 64
