A Brighton, Missouri man has been killed a wreck on US 65 just north of Springfield. It happened about 6:15 Saturday evening.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says Stephan P. Bullock, 35, died he lost control of his Ford Explorer when a tire blew out. The Explorer ran off the roadway and overturned. Troopers say Bullock was not wearing a seat belt.
The Assistant Greene County Medical Examiner pronounced Bullock dead at the scene.
The Patrol says this is the 56th fatality for Troop D in 2009.
